Research data – analog as well as digital – are the basis of almost all scientific activity. To increase transparency and sustainability in research, a growing number of funders, journals, and communities requires researchers to provide well-managed research data.Research data management consequently includes many decisions scientists make in the course of research, starting with planning over the retrieval, processing, and analysis up to the interpretation, storage, and reuse of research data.
The Göttingen eResearch Alliance aims to support researchers on campus address these challenges as an enhancing part of their research routine.
