Your start as a Science Slammer (12.03.2024)

Presenting your own research in an entertaining way for 10 minutes – this is a science slam targeted primarily at a non-scientific and non-specialist audience. This format has been held in Göttingen for many years. If you would like to try out being a slammer, this is your chance:

During the Student Information Days on March 12, the University is planning a Science Slam with mainly newcomers on stage. And of course there will also be comprehensive coaching and tips on finding the right mix of science and entertainment beforehand.

By the way – all topics are suitable for a science slam: from the social sciences and humanities, linguistics and cultural studies to the natural sciences. The exciting thing about this format is to show the diversity of science and research in Göttingen.
