To pursue an academic career, your motivation and ambitions and the expectations of ‘external parties’ that matter should be in sync. In this online workshop, Professor Ingrid Molema will take you on a tour that travels via ‘you’ to ’them’, and next reveals some essentials regarding the ’what’ and the ‘how’. Professor Ingrid Molema, University of Groningen, has a very diverse academic career and is passionate about the talent development of early career researchers. In collaboration with the dean of the University of Groningen Graduate Schools, she was responsible for designing and developing the new ‚Career Perspectives Series for PhD students‘. Are you interested to learn about what academic employers and panel members who judge grant proposals look for and how you can make the best of your itinerary so that you will enjoy your future endeavors in academia?
