International PhD day on October 4, 2018

On October 4, the GGG invites to an international PhD day in cooperation with the three other graduate schools in Göttingen. The event is part of Göttingen International’s Introductory Week for international students and addresses both new and experienced international PhD students who want to get to know Göttingen and the Göttingen Campus, academic life in Germany and, of course, many fellow PhD students. You will be offered a course in German academic culture, a city tour and a visit of the historical observatory where Carl Friedrich Gauß lived and worked and a welcome address by the Vice-President of the University and the Mayor of the city of Göttingen.
