KaWirMento – Career Paths into Business Sector

After one year of restructuring the program, you can once again apply for KaWirMento if you aim at a career path in enterprises. The application period begins on October 15 and ends on November 15, 2018.

For many graduating and graduated academics a career in an enterprise is an attractive job opportunity. The mentoring program KaWirMento aims at preparing and accompanying graduating and graduated students for and on their way into the business sector. Demands on a successful perspective in the business sector shall become clearer and participants shall be supported to qualify for an enterprise entry. KaWirMento offers one-to-one mentoring with one or two managers of a (regional) enterprise, a training program with workshops on career planning and further networking offers within the peer group and e.g. expert lunches.
