Info and networking event on bottom-up funding on 16.11.2021
Recently, the Göttingen Graduate School of Social Sciences (GGG) has launched a new pilot project that allows for low-threshold support of self-designed courses and networks. As an extension of the courses offered by the GGG, focal points can be set that are even closer to the needs of the PhD students and also enable stronger networking.
On the occasion of this new funding opportunity, we, the PhD representation of the GGG in cooperation with the GGG, would like to invite to an info and networking event on 16.11.21 from 12:00-13:30 via Zoom. After a short presentation of the funding by Dr. Bettina Roß, there will be the possibility to network thematically in order to develop first common ideas and to find cooperation partners for a funding. In addition, all questions about the process and the possibilities of funding can be asked to the GGG.
If you are interested in participating, please register by November 14 with a short informal mail to the GGG (ggg@uni-goettingen.de). Please indicate your name, faculty and doctoral subject as well as the topics on which you would like to network with other doctoral candidates. If you are as specific as possible about your thematic ideas and needs, we will be able to better pre-structure the meeting.
However, registration is not a prerequisite for participation; you are welcome to join us spontaneously. Please share this invitation with other PhD students at the GGG faculties.
We are looking forward to seeing you! Daniel Schumann & Felix Butz (PhD representatives of the GGG)
