1. The PhD-Summer School on EU border regime(s) and the shrinking spaces of solidarity aims to discuss trends in the governance of migration in Europe and corresponding responses of citizens. The Summer School welcomes PhD students who are conducting empirical research from a broadly ethnographic perspective in various disciplines (Cultural and Social Anthropology, Sociology, Political Sciences, Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Cultural Studies, Legal Sciences, Geography etc.). Our Digital Workshop Data Carpentry Ecology will provide basic data skills and an introduction to the use of data tools necessary for conducting research for all interested ENLIGHT students (Bachelor, Master, PhD), particularly from fields of Ecology, Biology, Forestry and Agriculture.
