Women missing: conditions for doing a PhD and for dropping out as part of the leaky pipeline

Doctoral students can contribute to the project in different ways:

• Get in touch with us for an interview about your individual PhD experiences, carried out by the staff of the Institute of Methods and Methodological Principles in the Social Sciences (IMMS)
• Participate in the online survey for which you will be invited via e-mail during the final round of the survey in November, 2023.

The Equal Opportunities Officers of the faculties of law, social sciences and business and economics are cooperatively executing this project for the reduction of doctorate cancellations together with GGG from March 2022 until February 2024.

Part of this project are several inquiry rounds with doctoral students from those three faculties on the one hand as well as an expert exchange regarding the development of support measures for the improvement of PhD conditions and graduations on the other hand.
