The Equality Innovation Fund supports projects that aim to improve the study, research and working conditions of female academics and contribute to the further development of a gender-equitable university (see examples: funded projects). Applications for project funding are now open for submission. Closing date is November 01st 2023. Project ideas on equal opportunities in selection processes and committee participation are particularly welcome.
The target groups are female graduates of all ages and scientific status groups, i.e., female bachelor or master students, female early-stage researchers and (prospective) female professors. A co-funding of 25.8% by the faculty or institution is required. The fund for the current call is approx. € 200,000. The fund is financed by the Women’s Professors’ Programme.
